i know it's been a while, but im back blogging again! it's actually bcos my dad is here, so we've been travelling around.. which is why i do not have as much free time.. LOL! so hold back your complains till the next time! =)

so dad came on last wed.. on that night, i went to a meeting with him.. gees.. i don't understand a single thing they're discussing..

anyway, for the nxt few days, we went to get some groceries and went to the Direct Factory Outlet (DFO) to shop around, since there's nth much in the city..

then we headed to Sydney.. cos dad has got some biz meeting there..

we stayed pretty near Chinatown, which is good cos it's near to all kinds of public transport and Paddy's Market, which is only open on thurs, fri, wkends and public hols..


they sell fruits, vegs, seafood and stalls selling souveniers.. bought some fruits to try back in the hotel.. the rock melon is really sweet! and it only cost A$1!!!!

had jap food for dinner.. seems to be a pretty popular place cos there's quite a long queue.. but it was pretty worth it, cos the sushi are damn nice! (but damn ex too!)

interesting cup they have.. and don't mind the shiny plate on the right.. cos the plate is gold in colour and just happen that i got a bad angle..


we had around 10 plates of diff colours and it adds up to more than A$60!

was walking around the asian supermarket in the so-called shopping centre.. (Paddy's Market and the "shopping centre" are in the same building) gees.. the things sold there were cheaper than those i bought in chinatown in brisbane! so i bought some back.. haa!

they sell seafood in the "shopping centre" too!




took one of these to the casino at night.. the good thing abt this is that it's 24hrs!!


the casino in sydney is soooo much nicer and bigger than the one in brisbane!! gosh.. the one in brisbane is.. well.. i don't know what to say abt it..

time to head back to brisbane.. in the airport, u can see the plane juz next to u!! its really close up man!




cooked kangaroo steak for dad to try.. it's a really sumptuous dinner.. had it with soup, garlic bread and mashed potato.. just like a complete meal! (stir-fried some onions too)






oh! i must mention this!! last wk, i went to the casino.. (not to gamble ok.. it's just waiting for time to pass) then i tried the jackpot.. (it's those 1cent type) and i won A$54!!! hahaa!! damn happy ok.. cos of all the times i went, i've only won once.. and it's only A$6.. and the rest of the times, i lose..

anyway, took a train to Gold Coast on saturday.. (it only takes arnd 1hr) cos dad is meeting someone there.. aft the meeting, we went to check out the beach.. gosh.. the bus journey took us almost 1hr! BUT!!! it was definitely worth the time.. cos the beach was awesome!!

dad went back to singapore today.. sent him to the airport.. feeling really really sad.. i seriously can't wait to get back to singapore.. anyway, im back to my boring lifestyle..................
