its chai's bday!! omg.. we did quite alot of planning this time round.. not just a very simple celebration!! so, we met at yck at 1.30pm n hopped on to rach's car to head for our 1st stop of the day.. on the way, chai kept asking where we're going n stuff.. rach n i are so not going to answer her qns.. (ju went ahead first)

we're heading to zul's n francois' "stall" @ cherry avenue.. gosh.. got messy when there's like maple avenue and some other similar names.. while waiting for our food, i took this.. i kinda like this pic..



we had beef burger with mashed potato, prawn aglio oglio, fries & calamaris, onion soup n escargots..

(stole it from chai's blog. ha! didn't take pics of the rest of the food cos we're just too hungry)


the food is very good n very worth the money! each of us only paid like 15 bucks for sooo much food!!!

just as we were almost done, zul came to our table n said "so u guys going to play wii?".. rach, ju n i stared at him n he doesn't know whats going on.. gosh.. he juz blew our 2nd surprise!! gosh..


anyway, headed for rach's hse for wii!! haven played b4.. we played wii sports, wii play and donkey-kong.. omg.. tiring!!!!

so i thought juz a small n simple card will do.. in the end, chai suggested writing a letter on A4 size paper each! omg.. haven been touching pen/pencil in a while n i don't know what to write..

taking this pic wasn't easy ok.. cos i had to set the timer, run to my "seat", sit down n pretend that im writing.. the worst thing is, i cant be seen in the pic!! try spotting me..


time for our 3rd stop!! but b4 heading anywhere, top-up some gas in case we get lost at some foreign land.. ha! thats when i whip out my camera..

riding at the back of rach's car on the highway is just like riding on the roller-coaster.. hey rach.. im not saying that u're driving dangerously ok.. =)


reached an italian restaurant recommended by ju @ upp changi road north.. cosy n nice little place! we had "fai-te"! its not a dish in the menu.. in simple terms, its juz eating what the chef is cooking for u.. ha! sounds interesting right! this is best for ppl like me who cannot make any decisions.. ju brought her wine.. nice...

last stop! prawning!! cos im not sure where's the prawning place in pasir ris, we gave up on tt place.. knew of prawning in bishan, but not sure what time they close.. so, we decided to head to the one tt im more familiar with.. farmart! ha! 24hrss!!!

kinda got lost on the way there.. called hengster for help.. ha! the road in was kinda quiet n dark which made chai n rach complained a little.. haa!!

rach n ju not really interested..


the 3 of them seriously didn't have any patience.. just aft sitting down for a while, they were complaining.. seems like they have a misunderstanding.. they thought aft putting the bait in the pond for a few secs will get them a prawn.. sheesh..

amazingly, chai was the one who caught a prawn 1st!! n she's very happy cos she called joel to tell him that she caught our first prawn so loudly tt every1 were looking at us..

went to prata hse to meet joel.. had dinosaurs.. chatted a little cos we're all too tired.. gotta thank joel for sending me home all the way again!! =)
